Judge Hinojosa awarded the
Texas Jurist Award


The staff of Volume 36 of The Review of Litigation is proud to award the Texas Jurist Award to The Honorable Ricardo Hinojosa of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.  This award is in recognition of his substantial contributions to the field of litigation in Texas. Judge Hinojosa was born and raised on the Texas border, and he has focused his life and career on serving that community. As the 2014 Border Texan of the Year, and a recipient of the Edward J. Devitt Distinguished Service to Justice Award, Judge Hinojosa's commitment to public service continues to earn him recognition.  Judge Hinojosa also served as both Chair and Vice Chair of the United States Sentencing Commission. 

The Review congratulates Judge Hinojosa on his many accomplishments.
