Established in 1980 at the University of Texas School of Law,
The Review of Litigation is a student-managed publication 
devoted to the process of litigation.

The Review, our printed publication, balances the interests of academia with pragmatic issues important to practicing attorneys and judges.

The Brief is our online journal. We publish exclusive content regarding the latest issues in litigation that are not found in the printed publication.

Symposium

We print a symposium edition of our journal every year.  Online, we keep a running archive of our previous symposia.
